MoversCosts ("we," "us," "our") operates moverscosts.com to help homeowners get an instant estimate for out-of-state moves and connect them with a moving partner to complete the job. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

When you use our estimate calculator, we collect the selections you make (home size, distance, and service level) to generate a ballpark price. When you submit our quote request form, we additionally collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, phone number, email address, moving-from and moving-to locations, and preferred move date.

About the estimate

The price shown by our calculator is a ballpark estimate based on typical moves of similar size and distance. It is not a final, binding quote. Your final price is confirmed by the moving partner handling your request after reviewing your full inventory, access details (such as stairs, elevators, or parking restrictions), and move date. Submitting the form does not book your move or create any payment obligation.

Who we share your information with
